Facility and Feature Maintenance is More Than Rote Repetition of a Service.

It is the opportunity to identify and correct deficiencies in structures and operations. At CDCI we recognize that competent and meaningful reporting are the basis of an effective maintenance program. Surveys and Inspections are critical investigations by nature. The obvious imperfection may shelter a less obvious cause or additional issues hidden to a less experienced surveyor/inspector.

The broad experience of our crew will save time and money to the clients we service. We take pride in the professional appearance of our reporting and imaging. We can provide both raw data for archiving as well as edited versions to help focus post maintenance planning for future service and necessary repairs or modifications. All equipment used will be site appropriate and dedicated as required by facility type and purpose.
