The CDCI specialty small business partnership brings to the table the added value of CUSTOM FABRICATION SERVICES combining engineering, fabrication and installation. CDCI will work closely with design engineers and maintenance supervisors to obtain dimensions, fabricate to specifications, then perform the installation all under one contract, enabling efficiency and cost controls. Welding is performed according to all applicable AWS and G6 standards by welders with over 50 years of combined experience. Lean manufacturing principles are used throughout our facility to ensure that costs and lead times are minimized without sacrificing part quality. CDCI has personnel with full AWS welding credentials for shop, field and underwater welding and close tolerance precision CNC machining (from prototypes to full production).

An experienced CDCI underwater installation dive team will manage every detail of the installation, working with the Owner's engineering and design capabilities to provide results that match the Owner's needs. At CDCI, we have a proud history of providing customers in a variety of industries with premium quality fabricated metal components. Our capabilities include CNC machining, bending, rolling, punching, and welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless from coils, sheets, tube, or bar stock. Surface finishing processes such as galvanizing and painting can also be facilitated as needed. We have a large range of equipment and extensive metalworking experience in fabricating components such as; debris screens and "grizzlies" for the hydroelectric industry, specialty fabrications for structural installations and unique temporary concrete forming and false-work. This versatility sets us apart from many diving companies or fabrication shops and allows us to serve a range of customer needs.
