Operations in any dive company are the day to day workings; this includes crew, equipment and enforcing company policy. All supervisors have written letters of appointment. Equipment is maintained on the basis of a PM Matrix to insure timely compliance with industry standards. Associated paperwork is stored on our company server and available online on request. Additionally hardcopies of current equipment paperwork and certifications are kept with each item. All core personnel adhere to a competency program that follows IMCA guidelines. Policies identified in the Company Safety and Best Practices manuals are rigorously adhered to. Continuing education on those policies is a centerpiece of company culture and personnel are expected to know those policies. It isn't enough to simply sign acknowledgment.
